The Solunar calendar uses sun and moon data to predict when fish are most active. Major periods (about 2 hours) surround the moon transits; minor periods (about 1 hour) surround moonrise and moonset. The 1-to-5 star rating factors in moon phase and overlap with sunrise and sunset. New and full moon days deliver the strongest action.
Calculated using Solunar theory for the country's population-weighted center. Times shown in the country's primary timezone. For multi-timezone countries (USA, Russia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico) state/region-level pages are more accurate where available. Free, no account needed.
