- Kamchatka lodge: 800-1,500 USD/day. Kola lodge: 600-1,200 USD/day. Only package tours make sense.
- Transport
- Flights to Moscow, then domestic flight (Kamchatka: 9 hours!). Helicopter to lodges.
- Safety
- Bears everywhere (especially Kamchatka)! Extreme remoteness. Satellite phone mandatory.
- Customs & taking fish home
- VISA required (complicated). Declare fishing equipment. Observe current sanctions!
