Georgia has some completely untouched mountain rivers in the Caucasus. The Kura and Rioni are the main rivers. Black Sea trout is endemic!

- Flight to Tbilisi or Kutaisi. Rental car (4WD for mountains!). Marshrutkas (minibuses).

- Generally safe. Mountain roads adventurous! No medical care in remote valleys.

- Visa-free for EU citizens (1 year!). Fishing equipment no problem.
