- Since the 2026 reform: full license from age 12 (before 14); coarse-fish license from age 8; youth license abolished (31 Mar 2026)

Mandatory: 30 hours (22 h theory + 8 h practice day); theory may be taken online (recognized since 2022), practice day in person
